Text Messaging Program

Program name: Fifty & Five Client Messaging.

Program description: If you opt in on our contact form, Fifty & Five texts you at the mobile number you provide about your inquiry, including call scheduling, reminders, and project updates. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.

Opting in: You opt in by checking the text messaging box on our contact form and submitting it. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and project.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and then no further messages. To opt back in, reply START.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to use it.
